1. The energy they give you will also give you a nice crash in energy later in the day making you more tired than you were before. People need healthier energy drinks that have less caffeine and sugar and healthier ingredients to give you a sustained boost that will not fade later on in the day. These drinks are way more stable.

2. These drinks aren't the type of drinks you should rely on for your daily intake of vitamins and nutrients. There are some energy drinks out there however that do contain pretty decent levels of vitamins, especially B vitamins because they give you energy. The key is look for energy drinks that have antioxidants in them as well. Gives your immune system a nice boost, protecting you from infections and keeping you on a healthy energized level.

3. Well I think that they taste pretty crappy myself, but I also hate anything that is carbonated, so I am probably not the best source for that.
