Which is the best field in medicin?

I like relating fields of medicine to groups at high school. Cardiology is the ***-kicking, hardcore division. Neurology is like the nerdy kids at the back of the class - brilliant and technical, but socially awkward. Psychiatry is fascinating but is kind of the emo/misfit group, because the other kids don't consider them "real doctors". Pediatrics are those kids who everyone loves, but bear the most tragedy. And, I'm gonna end the metaphor there because you're probably bored.

that would depend on what you look after and what you're keen on.

I'm an adrenalin- junkie, and I hate ward rounds and follow up. I hate on-calls and carrying pagers and I don't mind shift work.

I think cardiology, neurology and psychiatry are the three most fascinating branches of medical sciences. I am going to study MBBS from this year and hope to specialise in one of these three in the future.
