  2. Something light. Along with water. If you eat something fattening you will slow down your metablolism rate because you arent getting much physical excercise when sleeping but maybe tossing and turning>>>LOL

  5. Oddly, I get up and drink a cup of coffee. I sleep fine and suffer no ill side effects. You could try a shot of 190 proof grain alcohol. If it doesn't make you sleepy, it 'll make you happy.
