Which is the best institution for nuclear physics(India or even abroad) and what all courses are offered ?

my name is darshna. i have completed my tenth standard this year (2007-2008).

i am planning to take nuclear physics after 12th standard. i would like to know about the universities which offer nuclear physics. Is it best to study in India or abroad?

it would be grateful if you help me out.

The  best university is in America ,but you have to have good certificates of examinations done, and they have to be in equivalence to American standard of education,
