  1. I consider the 1983 Cricket World Cup Final between India and West Indies as the best ODI game.  West Indies were the title holders and undisputed kings in cricket that time, whereas India were minnows.  When India were bundled out by West Indies for a low score, everybody expected a cake wqalk for West Indies for the 3rd time in a row.   However, India proved everybody wrong and defeated West Indies to claim the World Cup.

That match is still fresh in my memory.

  2. dont know.....!well thanx for the two points : )

  3. i will go with 1983 World Cup Final. India 183 all out, from 54.3 overs, West Indies 140 all out in 52 overs

  4. lol KooKee, it wasn't for us Aussies! But i'll go with you none the less.

  5. I can't remember anything that beats the above two suggestions.

  6. My favourite low scoring ODI match ever was in 2005 between England vs Australia at Lords in 2005. The match was a tie

It was the Natwest series final, both teams had won against each other in the lead up to the final, so the match was hard to predict. Anyway Australia got 196 all out in the 1st innings on a nice bowling track. then England slipped to 19-4 in the 2nd innings but Jones and Collingwood led England to a magnificent tie, after Ashley Giles scored 2 on the last ball to tie the game.

This built even more anticpation, for the upcoming Ashes series, and made the 2005 season probably the best cricket season ever.

  7. hi monti i get it now

thanks oracle and i agree my dad tells me he thought that india nearly lost but we showed the world.

  8. Iam a biased Aussie so i will go with the 7th match in the 2008 CB series in Adelaide oval. I had almost thought australia lost it but then Mitchell Johnson took three wickets as Australia defeated India by 50 runs

India looked to have a great chance of winning when they restricted the Australians to 203 for nine but could only manage 153 in return as they were bowled out in the 42nd over.

  9. i think one's auussies had scored very low...

  10. srilanka vs canada in world cup

  11. India 183 all out, from 54.3 overs, West Indies 140 all out in 52 overs, India winning by 43 runs. and we win 1983 internatinal...........

  12. I think it has to be the 1983 World Cup Final. India 183 all out, from 54.3 overs, West Indies 140 all out in 52 overs, India winning by 43 runs.
