Which is the best mobile to get??

I need a new mobile for university and i wanted suggestions on a good phone but one that is not very expensive. The thing that im looking for is that it should have Wi-Fi in it (and if possible a radio). Other than that, i am fine with anything (dont really care abt the camera much).

If you can, i would HIGHLY suggest the iPhone.
