For me personally i think is more to your on preference.. go down to your Local Bike shop (LBS) and have a chat with them.. test ride the bikes and you may want to ask them more about the bikes, but please do your homework first before going down... and everyone has different liking so you cannot rely too much on them.. good luck on your finding.

I dont think theres the best mountain bike.

Each mountain bikes differ from each other.I suggest you take on testing to determine which is the best for you!

One that fits you and your riding still and most of all that you feel comfortable on. (And obviously one that fits your budget, it may be good but if you can't have it it's of no help)
