these trains are in a very bad condition and the food sux

but if you travel first class or 2AC on Golden temple or Paschim and carry your own food you just might make it through.

just use the airlines....... book in time and they come out to be cheaper than trains < yes even after the new budjet came into force>

Nothing is best in these train as you have mentioned.Only you can travel in 2925 BDTS - ASR Pachim Express preferably in 2nd AC being a super fast train and lessor stoppage and carry out own food stuff for your survival.

2903 is the best as per the timing concern it take just one day and two night , as it it use full to the business people and also in the summer night journey is good this train is the best.

all the trains in Indian railways are in the worst possible condition... for the last many years...

i have seen most of the trains from Delhi to MP, Chhattisgarh, Tamilnadu, Andhra, Maharashtra...

services have gone worst since IRCTC have taken-over...
