I suppose you mean Garuda or Forum. If you are looking for higher end products Forum is the place. Garuda is a lot more affordable.

Of course, the two apart,commercial street has always been a good place for clothes and such. Brigade road has good shoe shops, music stores and sports shops.

And of course chikpet for the best bargains and true old Bangalore shopping experience.

I feel PVR is best place for shopping in Bangalore and many varities of shops will be there in FORUM...So it is more popular than GARUDA MALL....You can find small things to big vehicles in PVR.....So I think that pvr is better....Even Gruda Mall is good but not the best....
