In Cerritos CA there is a large Indian population and they even call it "Little India".  There is many schools within 50 miles of there.

Well the university I go to is Cal Poly Pomona in California. It is just 30 miles east of Los Angeles and LA is a pretty diverse place. Cal Poly is widely know for its engineering program, especially mechanical engineering which is one of the top colleges in the nation. I have plenty of Indian friends at the school who are ME majors.

The problem is that LA isn't really that cheap and it can be hard to get around if you don't have a car.

Me too going abroad for Bachelors. I think Canada is better as it has many Indians already settled there. America is also not bad, perhaps Los Angels is good.
