Which is the best restaurant in Las Vegas? I'm talking about those posh ones!?

This is a virtually impossible question to answer....for every taste or style you have there is probably more than a dozen choices. I think Vegas pretty much has one of the largest and best selection of dining choices as I've experienced...and I don't live  in a cornfield..live in Chicago area pretty  much entire life with 'bouts on East Coast so yes I've dined out a bit =)

Anyhoo, back to question. MGM has Emerils& SeaBlu and countelss others..all good

Caesars has MESA Grill and my one of my faves Joe's Seafood

Venetian has David Burke & AuquaKnox but really just toooooo many great Italian places to mention. Don't think you could go wrong @ any of them

Mixx atop Mandalay Bay has an amazing view and hear the food is just as good (I'll be checking it out next trip) also if you enjoy wine Aureole (they have flying wine stewards called Wine Angel) another good place @ Mandalay is Fluer De Lys or something.
