I am looking for a software to draw a sketch using my tablet pen-partner, then ink the drawing and then import it to flash and animate it as vector. Which is the best software for this?Also, if I want to draw a comic strip which is the best software?

  2. Adobe Cs2 or even Cs3.  They all do the trick.

  3. Do it all in Flash, save yourself some steps.
