  1. Adobe, Coreldraw. which i prefer

  3. Any of the three main image editing programs:

    - Photoshop (This is by far the best, but it is not free) [ http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/... ]

    - GIMP (Can be confusing to new users) [ http://www.gimp.org ]

    - Paint.NET (Windows-only) [ http://www.getpaint.net ]

    Make sure you note that Microsoft Paint is NOT a good image editing program. It sucks.

    If you need some help on how to make a good signature, each program has tutorial forums.
