Which is the best sonic the hedgehog game on the VC?

In my opinion Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for Sega Genesis is my favorite.  I have all the original cartridges for every Sonic game and a Sega Genesis.  But back on topic, there's just something about Sonic 2.  Everything is fun except the special stages.  I mean they're ok, but the Sonic 1 and Sonic 3 special stages were much more fun. That and no save files is it's only downfall. It's not like you need save files though with the Wii, because you can just hit the home button and start right back where you left it. So that's not a big deal. By the way, I'm only 14 and have been playing Sonic games since I was4. So trust me on this, get Sonic 2. I hope this helps!

Sonic The Hedgehog 2 because it more fun for two players. Same with Sonic the Hedgehog 3
