  1. uhh fast becuz the tire spins faster causing more water to shoot up into the air and hit you so ride slow!!!

  2. ride slow through puddles to not get wet, or just avoid the puddles if possible. I suggest getting a bicycle fender. You can get a decent one online for roughly $20-$30 and they block water, mud, and dirt from getting in contact with your body and bicycle's frame and chain.

  3. try to avoid puddles at all cost, well at least the cost of new tires & tubes (possibly, even a drivetrain)! puddles are caused, typically by run-off pooling on the side of the road. because of the flow of water carrying debris, they are havens for small sharp stones, pointy sticks, and glass. all things which like to ruin our skinny tires & tubes! not to mention the grime that gets in the drivetrain. signal your intent to change your line to any motorists behind you, and point out the obstacle to any cyclist behind you. if you're on a MTB trail. try not to ride when it is so wet. riding through puddles creates ruts, riding around them widens the trail. both deteriorate the trails for other riders. in either case. after riding in the wet, CLEAN YOUR BIKE! hope I helped..

  4. slow as you possibly can. the faster you go the wetter you get as the water is flung up by the revolving tyre
