Which is the best tennis racquet and why?

That question is rhetorical right off the bat!

Everyone is unique. Therefore no raqcuet is the best. Personally i like the Yonex RDS 001 MP. It's my current raqcuet (i have 5 of them in my tennis bag and 2 non-mid pluses) and my favourite. They are considered the best racquets to me because they can be strung to 65 LBS whilst the flexpoint of the racquets maintains power. I have tested the streamline of the racquet with a smoke machine and it outdoes most other similiar racquets. also it is a great tweener racquet.

In relation to your question, i think most head pro racquets are quite good.

i think there is no such thing as the "best tennis racquet", because every racquet performs differently on each player's hand. there can only be "the best racquet for you", which is the racquet with which you can hit your best strokes while not causing injuries. hope it helps :)

Well there insnt a best tennis racket. Its how the tennis racket fits how you play to decide which is the best tennis racket for you. You can go to official websites of wilson or other brands or tenniswarehouse.com to find out more about the racket you want and see if it fits your playing style. I reccomend the Wilson K Factor 6 one tour the one roger federer uses, or the lighter one K six one 95, and also the Prince Speed port black. These are Some good rackets to use, but it really depends on your playing style for a racket to fit you.

In my opinion it's Prince. It's because I've been using their racquet ever since. I'm comfortable using it.

There is no best racket.  If there was a best racket then all the pros would be using the same racket.  The racket is supposed to fit the player.

It really pains me when people ask these questions. Its  like whats better, fat free yogurt or just plain yogurt. or maybe you want the fruit on the bottom. The point is the racquet does not make the man once you are at a certain stage.

There is no best racquet for everone. But there maybe one just for you. No one here will know what that racquet is. Go test them all these brands are reputable and know what they are doing when they make racquets.
