  2. if you are a hard worker than have you  to sleep  between (10-10:30) it well help you to be fresh at day time and you can work hard .there be no distance in your work in whole day.

  5. I support the other answers saying 22:00 is the best sleep time, for a working man. Best sleep time is 22:00 to 06:00.

    I add something more in this context. Sleep (uninterrupted) time varies with age. Babies need to sleep 12 hours or more. It is 10 hours in pre-teens. From mid teens till middle age 8hours is the norm and as far as possible should be followed. Any disturbance in sleep pattern upsets eating time and lead to digestion related aberrations first and then to all other dis-eases. As one approaches fifties there is a marked decrease in hours of sleep in the night to 7or 6 hours. But the body gets tired by afternoon, necessitating an afternoon nap that continues after.In 70s and beyond 4hours is OK with an afternoon nap.

    The body gets used to a regime of hunger, eating and sleeping pattern. Any deviation will not be liked by the body which expresses its discomfort in various ways.

    Before electricity, spawned a living style that makes night life a main activity, except the high nobility the plebians used to have their early supper and sleep early. They used to get up with sun, work till noon and have a hearty meal and siesta (not necessarily sleep). perhaps human body is designed for such a routine.

  7. depends on your situation..i am retired..i have no set time to sleep or be awake...if you are not feeling well..then you should sleep whenever possible to mend yourself...also depends what hours a person works..whether that person is a night worker or a day worker...

  11. when ever you feel sleepy is the best time fo sleeping. When you body feel tired , need sleep to repair the broken tieuses of the body which make you feel tired and you need sleep.
