  1. 400 books?!  Wow.  First...I would consider weeding through them and maybe having a garage sale.  Ebay maybe?

    Then, once I'm ready to move them, as you seem to be now, I would pack them into small boxes!  Otherwise you're going to have a heck of a time moving them.
