Which is the best web hoster?

I've started a business and i would like to open my webpage. Where can i go?

It realy depends on your business and your needs. The biggest host are yahoo and godaddy. But, you can get cheaper host like startlogic.com they have a deal for $3.95 a month if get 2 years. They supprot CGI, PHP, MySQL and have a shopping cart built in. I did not use it as created my own cart. But, I how that helps.
