I like shutterfly.  The main thing I like about it is that it will tell you the largest size recommended for printing your photos.  This is especially helpful if someone sends you a photo because you have no idea with what quality of picture it was taken.

I use flickr and find it to be useful and addictive.

Free accounts will only let you keep your last 200 photos, otherwise it's 25 bucks for a one year membership.
