I think you can download songs frm raaga.com even Tamil ....... i m not sure if it is free... and I just checked the website out and they do hve MGR's songs on there....but i m  not sure that all of them are there.. just go to the website below and hope thats what you were looking for.

well i live in spain and its legal here to download music so i use a program called Ares(search it on google) its nto a site but it works and is free
