Which is the better city in India ....Chennai or Bangalore?

Guys which one is the best ....... in terms of devolpment,enjoyment, fun, infrastructure , government and everything.....

P.S - chennai is a metro but Bangaloooooooru isnt.... lolz

The other day we were Chennai, My wife wanted to wear  skinnyjeans and top and was looking very sweet and young eventhough she is 50 plus.   But to my surprise everyone was stering at her as If they had seen a lady in Jeans and top for the first time.  Later she switched on to a nice transparent Georgette and a small katori blouse and  her Naval was visible and again people started  looking at her as if..........     She has a wonderful figure of a girl of 25 eventhough she is 50 plus.    This does not happen in Bangalore.  But cannot wear such dresses in Bangalore as whole our Khandaan is here

This is very strange is a Mall like Spencers and Sky walk.

i'd go with chennai coz its a metro and the people here are really nice and a little shy too lol but extremely talented and also its very peaceful compared to bangalore even its very safe for women  in the night time..u'll find police patrolling the areas in the night and its really very peaceful thats what we all liked about chennai....im from mangalore, karnataka living in mumbai but we visit chennai almost like every year..we don't have any relatives there but we(my family) and all my uncles and cousins and their families..we all make it a point to visit the "SAN THOME BASILICA" and "VELLANKANI CHURCH" every year... vellankani church is not in chennai though...but san thome basilica is..we've been visiting these holy places since i was small and now im 28 married....so we know quite about chennai....so i can tell that chennai is really a good place to be in...i dont know much about bangalore haven't been to bangalore so can't say anything about bangalore:(
