  1. marginally, 13/8 is better

  2. 13/8  would get you more moeny if you win

  3. 13/8

  4. For the same horse in the same race 13/8 is better than 6/4, however if we are talking different horses don't let the odds affect your decision. The best odds could be evens or less if that is the price of the winner.

  5. 13/8 would be better, all depending on the type of bet. Most tracks give you "Win Pool" odds. If you study a track enough, place and show pools might be the way to go (those odds not given on the promts).

  6. 4 will get you 10

    8 will get you 21

so with the first 1 you could double up and get 20....still 1 less

    than the second wager.

  7. 13/8 would get you the most money - just work it out by making the bottom numbers equal so to get 6/4 into /8 you have to double it therefore you have to double the top to so that would be 12/8. This would mean for every £8 you put on your would win £13 and the other way for every £4 you would win £6 so for every £8 you would win £12.

  8. proper example is 13/8 to 3/2 and 3/2 wins the most money
