Which is the better of the three: Panasonic TZ5, Panasonic lumix FX500 or the Canon IXUS 960IS Camera?

Want to get one for my husband but am confused. Like the sound of all three, Can anyone recommend which camera might be the better of the three. Thanks!

Canon IXUS 960 IS has the biggest sensor size among 3 of them, so IXUS 960 should have better image quality.  Panasonic cameras usually suffer from noise even in low ISO.  However, I like the 10x zoom and the HD video in TZ5.  If you mainly shoot outdoor pictures, I would recommend TZ5.
