    The Chennai Mofussil Bus Terminus (CMBT) is a bus terminal for people travelling outside of the Chennai city, India.

    This is the largest bus stand in Asia and has recently added a jewel in it's crown by being accredited with the prestigious ISO-9001 quality certification.

    The special features of CMBT include categorized bus parking corridors, a spot free complex, lots of amenities for shopping, consumer goods, telecommunications and Internet available within the premises. All buses are parked in bays specific to a particular destination and also as per the order in which they leave the bus stand.

    Spread over an area of 37 acre in Koyambedu, this is the largest bus terminus in Asia. It can simultaneously station 270 buses and handle over 2 thousand buses and 2 lakh passengers a day. The 36.5  acre bus terminus has an 18,000 sq ft waiting facility for passengers, a 25,000 sq ft (2,300 m²) parking space for auto rickshaws, cabs and private cars, and 16,000 sq ft (1,500 m²) parking space for two-wheelers.

  3. Hyderabad Mahatma Gandhi Busstand or Imliband (spelling mistake) as it is called is the biggest bus station is asia.  Inside the bus premises, u will find lot of old buildings and it's really big covering a large part between Old City and Koti.
