about the places seen in this video:

- the singer is walking in the area of Concorde, from the Bourbon palace to Tuileries gardens, through Concorde place (you can even see the Louvre).

- the girl comes from Gare de l'Est, joining

- his boyfriend who is in Montmartre : you can see the garden and the Sacré Coeur church, the scales. he's taking a drink in the café "le Soleil de la Butte" (32, rue Muller).

- they meet in the garden near the Sacré Coeur and finally go to the Saint-Jacques tower, near Chatelet

- in the last seconds they are in the same street as the singer, leaving another café. honestly i didnt recognize this street and the café, that could be anywhere in Paris (it's a soooooo cliché street). and i think that could be anything but  a café, cause that doesnt look like a café outside... maybe im wrong.
