  4. Northern Ireland represents 6 counties of Ireland which were under British Rule.  Technically, these counties did not secede from Ireland so depending on who you talk to they may consider Dublin the actual capital.

    However since these 6 counties are actually represented in parliament and are considered part of the UK, the answer is Belfast
