Which is the cheapest way to travel Delhi Kathmandu Delhi and buy etickets

Nepal Airways, Indian Airlines and Sahara have regular flights to Kathmandu. For Indian and Nepalese citizens only, there is a discount of 7% in Nepal Airlines. Getting tickets from airlines or travel agent usually makes no difference.

Cheapest might be Roadways bus from Delhi-Bareily-Banbasa (on the way to Tanakpur), cross Nepalese border and get a bus to Kathmandu. But I don't recommend it.

Better to take a train from Delhi to Gorakhpur (many trains daily). After that train, take a bus to Nepalese Border (Sunauli). It takes some 3 hours, and buses depart every 15-30 minutes. After crossing the border, take a bus to Kathmandu, which are available almost every 30 minutes. It takes 7 hours, half of it is hilly road.

You can easily make train reservation from Delhi. For bus travel, you can get tickets on the spot, SURE.

This is very nice idea to visit the Kathmandu... I would like to suggest you that you go to the Kathmandu By Bus... .  I will suggest you the travel agencies who will also provides the bus tickets facility.....If you want to booked the hotel there so that travel agencies also provides the Hotel reservation...facility.
