As of today there are two Sunseeker Predators Listed on the Broker's MLS.  Oddly enough both of them are 2005 models.  One is listed at 11.5 Million USD in Ft. Lauderdale and the other one is listed at 11,645,390 USD (She is in France) As for what they sold for only 8 sold from February 2007 to February 2008.  Three were in Spain, Three were in France, one was in London and one was in Florida.  There was a low of 6.2 Million USD and change and a high of 8.5 Million USD.  The highest selling price goes to a 2006 that was sold in Florida in August of 2007.  If you wanted a boat like this an offer of 7.5 to 8.0 Million USD would buy either of the two 2005s that are currently on the market.  That offer is defendable to the seller and accurately represents actual market value.  I know this answers your question.
