  1. A typical/traditional Rajasthani cuisine is the spiciest. Though with changing time and health consciousness, the food has cooled down quite a bit now.

  3. South Indian cuisine, typically Andhra food is extremely spicy hot.

    But in my humble opinion, Thai food is by far the hottest spiciest cuisine on the planet!  It is also delicious!
