Which is the easiest country to immigrate inm europe?

If one is not a skilled person, nor highly educated , nor rich, but just wants to live in europe (from India) which country he can easily immigrate to and how

I thought indian economy was boosting up & businesses are heading from Europe to India, how come if business are running from  Europe to India, an indian would want to immigrate to Europe ? Bad decision I'd say.

Why don't you stay home and make a great country out of your country; cos you need visa and right papers to live in Europe and language barrier can be a problem as well.- just for thought!
