  1. There is no type of martial art which is easy to learn. You have to give your 100% in it to be good. Every martial art is effective. You need a good instructor. Practice the martial art that you like and enjoy. Good luck.

  2. I would say western boxing or Xing yi quan. Two very effective fighting arts. They take a very short time to learn, but years to master. Have fun

  3. Cardio Kickboxing would be the easiest. As for the most effective, you need groundfighting/grappling and standup techniques.

  4. there isn't an easy one, it takes months-to years of serious training to become competent in it.

I would say tae kwon do would be the most effective for speed learning.

You could try and phone a few local agencies and ask about the art!

  5. Boxing. A complete beginner can learn to throw decent punches and defend themselves in 3-4 months.

That said, its like the game Othello. Minutes to learn, a lifetime to master.

  6. the most effective martial art is brazilian jiu jitsu (gracie jiu jitsu)

but if you want to be all like bruce lee then learn the martial art he created: Jeet Kune Do (but i doubt you'll be able to find a JKD school)

  7. I'd definately go with boxing.

  8. I think Judo is the easiest to learn I have been doing it for about 6 months and have 3 trophies

  9. none it takes time and hard work with that said chose an art that suits you because it most likely will be a life time journey

  10. Krav Maga.  It was designed to be taught to the Israeli military in after a few weeks/months of training.

Really though, no martial art style is quick and easy to learn.  Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is probably the most difficult and takes the longest to progress through the ranks.

  11. there is no easy answer. i suggest Systema or wing-chun, both easy to learn and in a short time fairly effective.time factor changes depending on your ability and determination.

  12. There is no easiest, you pick one and you get as good as put in it. And for the most effective martial art there also is none, but jeet kune do is pretty effective it was made by bruce lee.

  13. tae-kwondo

  14. MMA is the easiest. All you have to do is wear the T-shirt.

  15. boxing or kickboxing

  16. Japanese Jiu-jitsu was the easiest for me personally although

It takes years to be truly proficient in any style but I always found certain self defence techniques I learned, I could use instantly,it really depends on how dedicated you are ,how good your teacher is and upon the syllabus as all syllabuses in Japanese jiu-jitsu have both complex and easy techniques depending on your current skill level.

    Best wishes :)***
