Which is the easiest way to move (live) in the USA?

My mom has a sister and her sister's (my aunt's) daughter got married recently to a New Yorker and does this help if you have family there?

I want to go there LEGALLY.

Pls tell me what i need / to do.

  1. Your aunt will have to sponsor your mom, her sister. If you're under 21, you immigrate with your mom. Otherwise you'll have to wait till your mom becomes US citizen, then she can sponsor you.


  2. Please don't come here illegally. Life in America can be nice, but there are people here who would just take advantage of you( they first pretend they want to help). Try to come legally, you will know then that the laws will protect you and you won't have to worry about anyone keeping you as a slave or making you do things you don't want to do.

  3. if you want to move to the US based on family visa.... it has to be an immediate relative: parent, sibling, children or spouse. any relationship beyond that is not possible.

    so since you don't seem to have an immediate relative who can petition for your visa... your chances would lie on either a job or an american citizen/permanent resident spouse.

    i wouldn't trust those ads that much.... especially since it's so hard getting a work visa.
