which is the center place to this places

pls advice me & also suggest some cheap & best hotels or any refrences or contact no.

The center for goa is panaji(panjim).

If you go by road it is Panjim, but Rail head & Airport is at Vasco. Make your base at Vasco it will be easier to get cheap & comfortable accommodation and as well as your movement will be easier

Base yourself in Panaji, the capital city and transport hub.

Some of these places are in North and some in South Goa.

The industrial area is also close to Panjim.
