Which is the form but economic to travel from Puerto Rico to St. Thomas?

Some they speak to go in airplane but I believe that should be a little burdensome for my, therefore we are 4 of family. Other person said that They can go in ship, but itself not if exists that alternative.

  1. The fastest, easiest way to travel between STT and PR is via plane. Airlines such as AirSunshine, Cape Air and American Eagle have frequent flights between the two islands for about $200- $300+ per persons. It normally only takes about 35 mins. Another option is to take a ferry from Fajardo, PR for $100 per person. The downside to this however is that it takes about 2hrs (>_<). And I believe that the ferry only runs on Fridays and Mondays.
