Which is the healthier choice for breakfast, cornflakes, or rice crispies?

  3. Neither are bad choices as the first answer so wrongly says.

    While corn flakes probably have more fiber in them a bowl of non sugar coated cereal with milk is a great choice to start your day.  Cereal is filling and while both of those do have high fructose corn syrup in them you're doing better than eating a pop tart or a plate of bacon.

    Next time you're in the store read labels and get something along the lines of Cheerios or Total, which are even better choices.

  4. cornflakes.more high in fiber.

  5. Nutritionally, they would be pretty much equal. However, cornflakes are slightly higher in potassium and they are definitely higher in fiber.  

  6. Mix them together and you can't go wrong. The only bad one's are the one's with alot of sugar in them.

  7. Both are bad choices.
