Which is the hottest destination in nov /dec for a holiday

were having to wait now for our family hols this yr till nov/dec and im a sunlover and need a good hot country to be in to chill can you help me asap

I assume by your use of certain slang that you aren't American.

Try Mexico. It is warm, has wonderful beaches on the Yucatan (called the Riviera Maya or Mayan Riviera), and won't be packed. Playa del Carmen and Tulum, not to mention Cozumel, are good choices. Cancun is not (too full of college students and fat chicks).

has to be Goa India, no rain just sun and brill food,  its the place to chill, we do it every year, and its not all curry there,s  Italian, french, german, thai, food heaven,  and the beaches and goan people are brill

It's still hot and the sea warm in Southeast Crete. Take Easyjet to Athens, then the night boat down to Heraklion. Great buses. Suggest you go to Sitia, then south to Kato Zakros.

Or the bus to Irapetra, and another to any of the small villages along that SE Coast. There are days of rain, but it soon clears up and it refreshes the countryside.

Southern Hemisphere is in summer then.  Maybe something like South Africa or Australia?

It depends on a lot of factors, which you don't supply, such as where you are travelling from, how much you want to pay etc. The simple answer is that the nearer you go to the equator the hotter it will be. so for example Majorca or anywhere in the Med. is dodgy but the Cannaries would be fine.
