  1. The places where you see NL and GB on  cars are generally the ones you are asking about - because they are the cheapest


  2. yes Lozere makes sense but it`s beautiful... there `s one which is empty and just boring, not even good looking :

    La Creuse. the state city, Gueret is 12 000 inhabitants.

    lucky you if you see more than 14 people shopping in the main pedestrian quarter a saturday afternoon.
