Which is the more lucrative degree?

Out of these three which has the best job scope?

This is impossible to answer as there are many factors that financial success depend upon.

There are some very wealthy Electrical Engineers but the average EE is unlikely to earn more than the average city financier.  Computer Scientists are midway between.

It also depends on where you intend to work - if you are in finance or computing and you are working in a financial hub then the renumeration can be considerable.  Outside these areas it is unlikely to be as financially rewarding.

SCOPE: All three offer a wide scope for what you do afterwards but obviously they open certain doors that only having that degree offers.
