My option is Others:

The names of cities which you mentioned are all crowded, polluted and busy. None of them are beautiful, nor visitor friendly as people are very busy and not bothered to be visitor friendly. Rather visit a smaller place, anywhere in India, mostly a villiage or a small town. The beauty and the warmth of the people will be seen in such a place. Take any small village or town in India and you get your answer.

Actually, I belong to Hyderabad and here food tastes great. But I vote for Bangalore or Chennai as the most beautiful and visitor friendly city in India. I'm sorry, I don't know about northern cities. But why don't you opt for Goa? Its good and hygiene too.

The most beautiful & visitor friendly city among the options would be Bangalore.  Its climate is always cool, known as the garden city, people friendly, foodies, good educational Institutions & Industries,  Expats favoured destination & MNC, IT hub.  B'lore has every thing that a Metro city has.

Tottaly Mussoorie. Its really beautiful, nd they're are loads of tourists coming nd going dere. The local ppl, r really nice too. Bangalore is a gud place too.

Cant answer it in one shot . You get the best hospitality in Delhi , The best metro feel in bangalore , gr8 food in hyderabad and chennai . In terms of Tourist spots I would rate JAIPUR very highly . Its absolutely marvellous.
