Toronto, Canada. It's not naturally-beautiful of course, there's no nature (except the many parks). But Toronto is beautiful at heart. Culturally-diverse, amazingly-friendly people, awesome atmosphere.

Alaska, if you like the snow. Alaska is called "The Last Frontier" because most of Alaska is untouched. The cities are in little pockets, so the wilderness is dominant.
