  1. Waldo - ur wrong, Djokovic has mentioned his win in the Aussie at least 2052 times this year.

I think its the French? Why? Because there arn't many top players that I like and know that are good on clay. The top ten tend to go out early, leaving Federer and Nadal to battle it out. And Nadal us just 50x better than anyone else on clay! So that makes even the clay courters boring to watch, even they have no chance against Rafa. I also don't like clay court tennis, its all long baseline rallies- pretty hard to serve and volley there. Added to that, The RG crowd are pretty rude, and the coverage is pretty c**p. Add to it the rain, and I believe you have the worst grand slam of the year.

My fav is the US Open- the crowd are amazing and the technology is fantastic. McEnroe is a fab commentator and pple just seem to have a better buzz about it. The night games are amazing and its all pretty glamourous!

  2. Hmmm I love all the Grand Slams but I guess the US Open is the least desirable to watch-But only because of the timing of it in that it is at the end of the year by which time all the top players are fatigued and do not play their best tennis.

Not taking that into account, I'd say the Aussie Open. It is at the start of the year and players are still warming up. The middle two!!! The players are half-way into the season and in their strides.

  3. the winner in that hands down is the aussie open! australian open is a total joke! it should be given to china and made the chinese open grand slam! australia open has nothing unique or good about it! it should be moved to china ASAP! it has hooligans and fat drunk guys yelling 'mate mate mate mate' verbal diarrohea!

  4. For WTA - French Open

    For ATP - Wimbledon

  5. That's why there are only four grand slam event in the tennis, because it is special.

Watch it before, typing some jabberwocky.

  6. None of them theyr all good the answer i guess will depend on the country u live in and to Waldo u only say that its the Australian because ur most likely American and it wouldnt get that much coverage over in the states just like the US open doesnt get much coverage over in Australia. And thats the biggest bullshit what u say Waldo no one cares when they win the Australian Open?

No matter what Grand Slam a tennis player wins they care. U talk c**p and to say even more Australia has by far the best tennis complex in the world.

  7. This is my order of preference (from best to worst):

    1. WImbledon - it's famous world wide and not only to tennis fans..I love watching grass tennis too. It's the perfect tournament for me, and it will be even better next year when they won't have rain delays because of the new roof. =]

    2. US Open - even though the Americans seem to control this slam, it's well known and it's got good publicity. It is well respected and I enjoy watching it - even if it is very soon after the Wimbledon.

3 / 4. To hard to pick between The French and Australian.

The French Open is on clay, which means the players don't perform at their best and on TV it can sometimes be hard on your eyes, to focus, as the ball isn't as clear. Nobody else but tennis fans seem to know the tournament, but it's still a good tournament.

The Australian Open is the least respected grand slam in my opinion. Because I live in Australia there are heaps of advantages, I am going to Melbourne next year to watch it, and the TV broadcasting is better than other grand slams in Australia. It has pretty bad publicity though, even Australians would rather watch the Wimbledon. It's like another ATP Masters event, only with 5 sets instead.

  8. australin open

only reason being because of time diff, i am unable to see most matches

  9. This might be a strange answer

But it is The Championship, Wimbledon

    I just hate it.

    No reason just pure hate

  10. i guess none of them are boring, but the one that i wouldnt want to watch most would be the french.  because the points are so long and a lot of the matches are boring because nothing exciting ever happens.  except for seeds loosing early

  11. i love all grandslames

  12. Assuming your talking about tennis, it has to be the Australian Open. It seems like nobody gives a rats *** about the event. Even the players gleam with pride when they win the French, US, or Wimbledon, but never really talk about how they won the Australian Open.
