  1. my man sauce is pretty complex but stable

  2. Most biological compounds are not stable (nature has found a way to eat them, think decomposition). The most stable will have to be synthetic, and probably is styrofoam. It'll be here long after we're gone.

  3. Question is too vague my friend.

Its tough to break those triple bonds of Nitrogen, directly.

  4. Some synthetic silicone rubber compounds are virtually inert and can be of very high molecular weights that are much higher than anything naturally formed on earth.

  5. paraffins formula CnH2n+2 are very inert, when n is high

  6. Your question is indeed broad, but there will be many who think that the fullerenes, namely the 'Buckminsterfullerene' compounds that are the most complex yet stable compounds on earth. Here's a little info about these compounds...

Buckminsterfullerene (C60) was named after Richard Buckminster Fuller, a noted architect who popularized the geodesic dome. Since buckminsterfullerenes have a similar shape to that sort of dome, the name was thought to be appropriate. As the discovery of the fullerene family came after buckminsterfullerene, the shortened name 'fullerene' was used to refer to the family of fullerenes.

And, did you know that the 1996 Nobel Prize in Chemistry was awarded for the discovery of fullerenes? ;-)
