  1. mexico

  2. Chile

    Argentina

    Brazil

    Uruguay

They are the most modern, "european" countries. Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires are huge modern cities. Santiago de chile is modern too but smaller. Montevideo is charming and Punta del Este is like the  "Monaco" of Latin America.

  3. Argentina is considered to be very Europeanized... especially the capital Buenos Aires.

  4. I would say Belize cause it is one of the least poverted countries in South/Central America and it has a pretty big city called Belize City that has a really cool zoo and botanical gardens. And it has a pretty modernized city called Belmopan which is its capital. It has a ton of resorts towards the north of the country but there are resorts scattered along the whole coastline. And there are quite a few Chineese and Americans that bring money into Belize. That is probably why it isnt that poor. Hope this helps

  5. I would say Uruguay. The country has a small manageable population of citizens who are  of mainly European ancestry, It has many social welfare programs, it's industrialized and has little crime. The country's capital is very European in appearance and it's tourist haven, Punta del Este is the playground for the rich and famous in South America.

By the way, Belize is in Central America. Mexico is considered to be part of North America.

  6. THE MOST INDUSTRIALIZED RIO DE JANEIRO

MODERN WITH EUROPEAN STYLE BUENOS AIRES
