  1. cyano bacteria

it was the first organism formed from the pre-biotic soup

  2. There probably is no "most primitive" bacteria.

But Mycoplasma genitalium has the smallest naturally-occurring genome (fewest genes) of any known bacterium.

An entirely new species - M. laboratorium - has been designed by scientists by combinatorially deleting the genes from M. genitalium. They have come up with what they believe is the minimum possible number of genes for a viable organism.

  3. There are no primitive bacteria.  The current bacteria are as well-tuned to their environments as are the mammals.  Evolution has worked as well for the bacteria as it has for the multicellular organisms.

  4. Thermophiles of Domain Archea are the primitive bacteria on earth

  5. Archaebacteria. Because they were the first type of cell ever. They are the simplest form of life so logically evolution formed them first. The mospt primitive of the type are thermophiles.

  6. BACTERIAL PHYLO GEANY or true bacteria, are generally regarded as the least specialized and possibly the most primitive
