Which is the most suitable engineering branch to be chosen?

i am interested in either Mechanical or electronics and communication.

Mechanical and Electronics are the core trade. Its value over the years are average. But for communication sometimes higher and sometimes lower. But its sure it will be a good valuable trade in near future. After passing mechanical and electronics maximum fellows go to the software or communication field. Hence my choice will go to the communication.

well, Hello...ECE is sure shot better than mae...trust me. ECE has been on top for d past few yrs. At most its been on 2nd spot wid CSE on first. Its not only interesting bt has a gr8 n sure scope...the best part is u r open to all kinds of job-- software as well as relatd 2 communicaton n elec.!!

If u get an option ECE wud b d rite choice....in the end ur interest also counts...mae is lik a forever branch...it amy nt b on top bt its scope is constt. bt it also involves stamina n has a totally different approach.....all da best 4 future!!!:)

It's better to take ECE.....it'll me more valuable in the future......and the second choice must be CSE....it's more valuable at present.......

for todays and for coming 10 years it's no doubt Civil will remain on top. Its best to choose Civil.

There is a boom in real estate and Infrastructure in India and lack of civil engineers also.

actually for future the best branch is civil because tremendous scope for civil engineers. in last 10 years no one was going to civil so that there is vacancies for civil & to fill that demand is increasing also there are chances to PWD, IRRIGATION, Z.P. etc. but if r interested in mechanical either electronics then go for mechanical. It is ever green branch.
