first of all it is depending on the money how much amount you spending for the summer holidays. I am advising ooty is better place in india. if you go to other countries atmospher is very bad. pl live in india for timebeing and spend the summer days in india.

It depends upon the size of your purse and the requirement.  And almost all the continents has all those facilities.  

If you want to look for cultural heritages then India, Greece, Italy, China, etc., are good examples.

If you want to look for Concrete forests then US, Hong kong are best.  

For natural adventures Africa and Southern America will be the best.

For Mixed type Australia, Europe will suit.*

that's a question with lots of answers. It really depends what you want and would like to do. Do you want to lay out at the beach every day, go hiking or rather see something new? First decide what direction you want, then start thinking about where you want ot go.
