  1. I love Costa Rica! I lived there for 3 months and the best part to live is in Hereda, it's up in the mountains and there's a lot of americans that live there. If you want something more tropical, try Playa Flamingo.

  2. Depends on your definition of "Nicest" -  There are lots of Nice places all around Costa Rica!

The area around Quepos is very nice with the World famous Manuel Antonio Nature Reserve/Park/Beach just minutes away.  Low hills with lots of real nice views. Where the clouds hug the mountain tops!

Temperature is always pleasant year around.- Never too Hot and never too Cold!

Its located only 55 miles South of San Jose (Capital of Costa Rica) which is only 29 minutes by Sansa Air - Round trip costs $98.00. Quepose has its own landing strip!

Quepos has those World Famous Fishing Tournaments that you read about that bring in the World Trophy Fish from October thru March!

And it is a small Fishing Village with all the amenities that any Tourist or resident would ever want!  Population about 4,000 folks!

I plan on being there in June myself!

  3. Well it depends in what you like to do, because here in Costa Rica you can choose from many different places (mountains, beaches, valleys or the city) many foreign people buys near by the beaches, the most common cost is the north and central pacific, but in the cost area is more expensive than in the central valley
