I would  say Madeena Munawwara. This is the city of our beloved Prophet (s.a.w). The people still there are more generous and good than many others. Really an Islamic atmosphere than Makkah Mukarrama. I was begged by Arabs of Madina to be with them for Iftar in Ramdhan.. Each one wants us to be their guest.. Just because we all are believers. There are also few bad people everywhere as Shaitan is also everywhere...which I don't want to mention here...

Also I have seen a place in India 'Palanpoor' where the Muslims atmosphere was so good. The people of that place are very nice.. where all of the men come to mosques for prayer and women also pray at their homes. The mosque is same full at Fajr, at Zuhr in Ramdhan and off Ramadhan. I had a chance to visit large Madrassas where every child can recite Quran so beautifully. Not a single home that has any of Devils instruments. In Ramdhan two or three rows of a Masjid are filled with Huffaz and I liked that place, I know there will be many places around the world where the efforts of Deen and Da'wa prevails. Once upon a time in history, Bukhara, Samarkand, Baghdad were the lands of scholars, Imams and pious men .. Every home was a Madrassa when there was true efforts of Deen and true scholars..then what's their now?. So if there is true efforts of Imaan, there will be practicing Muslims and true Islam.

And in case you're wondering, no, I've yet to see such a place. I've been to Iraq, Syria, Turkey and Egypt.

Its really hard to find such a place as different people in different parts of the world do it slightly differently and follow their ancestors ways of doing it as they were taught by their parents.  Take the case of Wahhabis of Saudi Arabia they do things differently than others Muslims of the world.

Probably in most non Arab countries, Turkey. Its' basically the Wahhabi's that messed it up, I think. They're from Saudi Arabia.
