they are saying that the angiosperms have been evolved from unicellular algae. whether any evolutionary change is taking place in angiosperms to evolve further to this century's survival of the fittest?

  1. angiosperms are now divided into two groups, the eudicots (the higher flowering plants) and the rest, colectively known as the "paleoherbs". The paleoherbs are the more primitive ones.
